The X10DR XLR Dual Users, model X10DR-2XLR, offers top-of-the-line on-site local team coverage and an industry-leading "Out Of Vehicle" communications solution. These wireless microphones, produced in the USA, are highly praised for their state-of-the-art AES tactical encryption protection. They can communicate over the host mobile radio network device for up to 1600ft, line of sight back to their vehicle's gateway, making them a popular choice for those in need of Dual Control Head radio applications.

The Dual User XLR package provides two Wireless Microphones connected via the vehicle gateway to the host mobile radio / Sat terminal device. Both users can communicate freely, either PTT or handsfree, off network with each other for up to 3200ft via the vehicle, or up to 800ft, when completely out of the vehicle gateway's coverage range. Additionally, should one user walk out of vehicle range, it will automatically mesh together and remain connected to the network  for up to 2400ft via their partners, still in range, wireless microphone.

Upgrade your team's on-site communication capabilities by installing an XTBM Talkback Mic, allowing drivers to remain in the vehicle while monitoring and communicating with out-of-vehicle work partners. The XTBM offers weatherproof Dual Control Head radio functionality and is ideal for those in need of external cabin use.

- Loud speaker audio for noisy traffic jams or wild stormy conditions.
- Enhanced receive audio quality when connecting to breathing apparatus etc
- Mandown Monitor which locally alarms your nearby partner besides triggering the radio's emergency input, should the user become immobile for longer than the defined timing parameter.
- For extended operation, external battery operation/charging capability using an XEBC external battery cable and any cellphone type power bank..

The XLR Wireless Microphones provide up to 14 hours of operation from a single charge and also allow the use of an external Li-Ion power bank for extended multi-day usage. (requires the use of a XEBC external battery cable and USB style power bank). Both desktop and vehicle mount chargers are available.

All XLR Wireless Microphones are equally at home connected via a vehicle or office mounted radio console, LTE-PoC, sat-link, HF-SSB, Airband, etc communication device to the outside world. When used as such, the user's Wireless Microphones signal is typically repeated by a centrally located X10DR XLR gateway, which also provides the interconnection to land mobile, Iridium PTT, Satellite, or console devices.

Always refer to your mobile radio's service manual and the XCA Master Charts for correct configuration requirements. On the support page, you will also find the XGALA Audio adjustment level software tool. Use this together with the XFPK programming cables (found elsewhere in the store) to set the optimum audio levels in and out of the host-connected radio/communications device.
