In the event of an unexpected failure, professional hand held communications products need to be serviced in a timely manner . For this reason, our fully authorized X10DR Service Repair Center, located in Bear, Delaware, offers not only efficient warranty support for all 'Made in USA' X10DR XLR models but our Service Support center is fully equipped to provide post-warranty support for all generation Elite /Pro/Plus X10DR models, regardless of age.

End User-Radio Shop-Dealer Support
Our service center is open to assist both direct end users and local radio shop dealers. We maintain a comprehensive "changeover pool" of X10DR wireless microphones and gateway charging pockets, which undergo thorough factory verification of operational and technical specifications to ensure like-new quality. While these units may show minor blemishes on the housings, the internal circuitry is pristine. If the issue is related to the battery, antenna, or similar components, we will simply replace the offending part.

Warranty Coverage
The replacement unit will retain the returned original device's remaining warranty plus and additional two months for any downtime inconvenience.  If a unit is replaced after the expiration of the original warranty or in the case where they failure was not covered by warranty and a service fee was incurred, a 6-month factory warranty will be in effect.

Changeover Procedure
In order to utilize the Changeover Pool arrangement, the faulty device must be sent to our service center and received before the replacement is dispatched, on a strict one-for-one basis.

Replacement Batteries
We recommend replacing the batteries in X10DR wireless microphones that have been used extensively in Field Operations for three or more years. Especially, if the wireless microphone is making a short beep every two minutes after only a few hours away from the  charger pocket.  Li-Ion battery powered devices can lose their full day's operation without warning once they reach the end of their useful life. We offer replacement batteries or an in-shop swap out service, both of which include a factory compliance test.

Replacement - Spares
For those in need of spare devices, new X10DRSM-EX2/PU2 wireless microphones and X10DRMD-EX2/PU2 gateway charger devices are available for direct purchase. These devices when ordered from Service Support come with matching firmware revision to ensure compatibility with your original X10DR unit. This free cloning service requires sending us a pair of your existing units to be carbon copies, including firmware and any unique programming.

Factory Compliance Testing
 In order to ensure that the X10DR Out Of Vehicle Communications Systems are installed properly, we offer Factory Compliance Testing that includes verifying the remaining battery life. This ensures that your new vehicle's X10DR device is in perfect working condition when installed.
